Venue:Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Ave., Quezon City
Date: November 7 – 9, 2023; 9:00am – 6:00pm
Opening: November 7, 2023 at 12:00pm
Ingress: November 6, 2023 at 5:00pm onwards
Egress: November 9, 2023 at 6:00pm onwards
Ribbon Cutting: November 7, 2023 at 12pm after the Trade and Business Committee Meeting

Booth Allocation:	There will be a total of 20 Booths During the Expo 12 Booths is allocated for the Local Federations 8 Booths is allocated for the International Delegation
Booth Assignment:	This is open for recommendations, since the venue is small and the booths does not have an advantage over the other booths, ie. Raffle, etc.
Costs per Booth:	US$600.00 or approx. P33,000.00
Inclusions:	Venue, Booth Rental, Support Staff, Meals for 2 Pax for 3 Days (Lunch, Afternoon Snacks and Dinner)
Meals:	Halal and Vegetarian Food can be provided during the event
Exclusions:	Airfare, Land Transportation, Accommodation
Prohibitions:	Cooking demo and other cooking activities is not allowed in the venue, although product sampling may be done during the Expo
Product Security:	Items can be kept in the booths overnight; you just have to cover the products with cloths or other fabrics which will cover and not expose the products
