ICA-AP REGIONAL ASSEMBLY, MANILA, 6-10 NOVEMBER 2023
The 16th ICA-AP Regional Assembly, 11th Cooperative Forum and related events will be held at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria in Manila, Philippines from 6-10 November 2023. The events are hosted by the Philippines Cooperative Affiliates (PCA) on behalf of the Philippines Cooperative Movement.
The terms and conditions below apply to every person attending the ICA-AP Regional Assembly and related events from 6-10 November 2023. All registrations for the Regional Assembly are subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Registration
Delegates are kindly requested to register online as early as possible. Please note that online registration is mandatory to attend any event in the Philippines and the registration process is not complete till you have paid the registration fee.
Delegates from the Philippines are requested to contact Mr. Raul Calayan Jr., CEO of the Network Consolidated Cooperative Bank (NCCB), Philippines at rmcalayan@gmail.com regarding their registration.
The registration fee is based on the World Bank ranking of countries (High-Income, Upper Middle Income, and Low and Lower Middle Income) and is given in the table below. The country rankings can be found here. The registration fee you need to pay will be calculated (as applicable to your country) and generated as a payment summary after you have filled out the registration form. The last date for registration is 30 September 2023.
When the registration form is submitted, delegates will receive an e-mail with a temporary reference number and an invoice with their applicable registration fee on their registered email id. For any questions, please contact the ICA-AP secretariat at secretariat@regionalassembly.coop
Please quote the temporary reference number while paying the registration fee. Once you have paid the registration fee and informed the secretariat, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique Registration ID. Delegates are requested to save the Registration ID for all future correspondence. The same will be needed while filling out the arrival and departure details form.
Accompanying persons are spouses accompanying the registrant. Please note that accompanying persons are strictly restricted to spouses and not colleagues/professional contacts/ friends/acquaintances, etc. The accompanying person are only entitled to attend social functions. Should they wish to attend any business session, they will need to register and pay the full required fee as a delegate.
Mode of Payment
Delegates will be required to pay the registration fee to ICA-AP via bank transfer. The bank payment details will be provided along with the invoice (via email) once the online registration form is filled out.
Please inform the ICA-AP secretariat at secretariat@regionalassembly.coop as soon as you make the payment quoting your temporary reference number.
The registration desk will be open at the venue from 6 November onwards. Delegates are requested to provide their unique Registration ID and collect their name badge and Regional Assembly packet.
The delegate name badge must be worn at all times during the events. Access to the venue will not be granted without the name badge.
Event Shirt Reimbursement Policy
Reimbursement of the registration fee will not be possible. However, substitutes will be permitted and possible until 09 October 2023.
Cancellation of EventsIn the event that the Regional Assembly cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the hosts/organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the organizers, they cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, orders, financial losses, etc.
InsuranceIt is the responsibility of the delegates to arrange appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the 16th ICA-AP Regional Assembly and related events and bring their medical supplies. The hosts and organizers are not responsible for any medical or travel-related exigencies. Delegates are encouraged to check with their travel agency about travel, medical and personal insurance policies and cover.
LiabilityViews expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. The host and organizers cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor at the Regional Assembly or any related events or in any material provided to delegates. In addition, the host and organizers shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the event. Lastly, the host and organizers cannot accept liability for loss of, or damage to, property belonging to delegates during the event.
Vaccination RequirementsIt is the sole responsibility of the delegates to ensure safe travel to the Philippines. Delegates should reference the official information/ vaccination certificates provided by their governments regarding vaccination and safe travel recommendations. If you must go into quarantine upon arrival in the Philippines, or on your return to your country, it is your responsibility. Under no circumstances will the hosts and organizers be responsible for any additional charges you may incur for subsistence, accommodation, and transport costs.
Privacy and Data ProtectionThe protection of your data is important to us. The hosts and organizers will collect and store necessary personal information for the preparation and execution of the event. By registering for the ICA-AP Regional Assembly, the parties concerned are agreeing that your personal information may be used to contact you by email in order to supply information relevant to this event, or about other events and opportunities that the organisers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. You may ask to be removed from the ICA-AP database at any time.
Photos & FilmingPhotos and videos will be taken during the event, for example, in a group of people or when presentations are made or questions asked, and these will be posted and shared by the structures of the Regional Assembly and ICA-AP websites, ICA-AP social media pages or other communications channels for the purpose of the promotion of the cooperative movement. Use of the photographic images for purposes other than those described above or for marketing via the transfer of the images to third parties is prohibited.

The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which ICA-AP takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for the contents of any website linking to this website.
GeneralWe reserve the right at all times to change, amend, add or remove any of the above conditions without prior notice if one or more of the conditions outlined above become invalid. The remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Conditions apply to all delegates of this event, including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
